Anyone can submit a nomination before midnight Eastern Time on August 14, 2026.
A selection committee composed of healthcare operators, industry leaders, and Assort Health representatives will evaluate nominees based on innovation, impact, leadership, and measurable outcomes.Submitting a nomination takes approximately five minutes.

Any individual working in a healthcare clinic, physician group, specialty practice, hospital, or a health system is eligible to be nominated. Each individual requires a separate nomination. Both individuals and groups of individuals will be considered.
Yes, you may nominate multiple individuals from your organization. Each individual or group you choose to nominate requires a separate submission process.
No, multiple nominations for the same person will not influence the selection process in any way.
