We are excited to announce our annual customer summit, Assort Ascend. Assort Ascend is our annual customer summit, an intimate gathering of healthcare operators, clinicians, and technologists focused on leveraging generative AI for patient access and operations. Held in Napa Valley from September 19 to 21, 2025, the event is designed for those leading change, whether in access workflows, staffing models, or the adoption of emerging technologies.
You’ll hear what’s working on the ground today, connect with peers who are building and testing new models, and walk away with practical strategies you can apply immediately. Sessions will cover lessons learned from leaders who have managed transitions in scheduling, call center operations, and patient access.
You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships with peers navigating similar challenges, creating space for honest conversations about what’s working and what still needs fixing.
